أصدرت أبل وبشكل غير متوقع نسخة جديدة من نظام iOS يحمل الرقم 6.1.4 ، ولا يحتوي الاصدار الجديد على أي جديد سوى تحديث الملف الصوتي لسماعة الهاتف وهذا حسب ما جاء في ملاحظات الاصدار.

التحديث الجديد يمكن الحصول عليه عبر التحديث الهوائي OTA من داخل جهاز الآيفون 5 ، وذلك بالذهاب للإعدادات ثم عام ثم تحديث البرامج واختيار تنزيل وتثبيت، ويبلغ حجم التحديث 11.5 MB ويجب أن يكون جهازك متصلاً بشبكة الانترنت ليعمل التحديث اللاسلكي OTA.

كما يمكن التحديث يدوياً باستخدام برنامج الآيتونز وذلك عبر تحميل ملف الفيرموير iOS 6.1.4 من الروابط التالية :

The aforementioned iOS 6.1.4 update is without a doubt a really minor one and pertains to an “Updated audio profile for speakerphone”. For now, the update is available only for the iPhone 5 and is not available for any other iOS device. Weighing in at just 11.5MB for the OTA update, we’re certain the changes in this update are really minor.
